BCM ADMINISTRATION:
Jim Dwyer, BCM - Executive Director

Jim was appointed Executive Director to manage the activities of BCM upon its formation in September 2007. He lived in New York City and worked for Wall Street-based firms as an investment banker specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions since the 1970's including the position as Global Head of M&A for Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS).

Mr. Dwyer relocated to Ulaanbaatar in May 2001 to manage the successful privatizations of Mongolia's two largest commercial banks, Trade & Development Bank and Khan Bank, and served pro bono as Chief Operating Officer of NAMBC-Mongolia from 2003 until the formation of BCM. Jim graduated with an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.


Ser-Od Ichinkhorloo, BCM - Vice Director

Ser-Od leads BCM in its working relationships with the GoM, Ministries, Agencies and MP's. He worked for Mongolian Basketball Association as a Secretary; Officer to Inter-Parliamentary Relations Department of Secretariat of the Mongolian Parliament; Officer, Senior Executive and Head of International Cooperation and Project Development Department of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Ser-Od obtained a bachelor's degree of law from the National University of Mongolia and he completed several professional training programs such as 2006 Academy of American and International Law Dallas TX.



B. Tuguldur, BCM - Office Manager

Tuguldur was named BCM's Office Manager in November 2007. She manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of BCM.

She holds her bachelor's degree of Linguistics from the University of Humanities and a master's degree in International Relations from the National University of Mongolia. Tugi  previously worked 2 years for the Alliance Francaise Mongolia as secretary.



E. Saruul, BCM - Assistant Administrator

Saruul was named BCM's Assistant Administrator in June 2010. She assists day-to-day administrative affairs of BCM including regular website update and registrations to the Mining Supply Chain Database.

She holds her Bachelor's degree of Linguistics from the University of the Humanities, Mongolia and a Licence degree in LEA (Affiliated Foreign Languages - specialized in International Commerce) from the University "Le Mirail", Toulouse, France. Saruul previously worked 1 year as an Officer in the Department of Foreign Relations in the Ulaanbaatar City Governor's Office.
