Mongolian Re

A state-owned Agricultural Reinsurance Company was established in 2014 as per the Government Resolution of Mongolia with the aim of ensuring sustainable economic development, preventing associated risks of the agricultural industry which was targeted strategically, contributing to development for Mongolian multi-pillar financial system, as well as introducing the reinsurance services to the market.

The company has restructured as per the Government Resolution No. 303 dated October 10, 2018 and renewed its company name to Mongolian National Reinsurance Company (Mongolian Re) with the purpose of establishing a fully functional entity that provides competitive reinsurance services and risk management solutions to clients in accordance to the international standards as well as reducing foreign currency outflow.
