Prophecy Resource Corp. and Pacific Coast Nickel Corp. have signed the definitive agreement to sell Prophecy's Wellgreen PGM Ni-Cu and Lynn Lake Nickel projects to PCNC. Upon completion of the deal, Prophecy will change its name to Prophecy Coal Corp.
