Officials of the Road Project in the Millennium Challenge Account – Mongolia recently met with an Energy Resource Company team to find out how they have managed to achieve such quick progress in constructing a 245-km-long asphalt road from Ukhaa Khudag to Gashuun Sukhait. They asked detailed questions on overall management of the project, particularly how material and equipment were delivered to sites, how competent construction contractors were selected, and how their work was monitored and supervised.
