Garrison International Ltd. intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 100,000,000 units at a price of CAD0.05 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CAD5,000,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one further common share at a price of CAD0.10 per share for a period of two years from the close of the offering.
