Mongolia Investment Group has made an announcement to inform shareholders of the company and potential investors, pursuant to Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, that it is expected that the consolidated results of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2011 may experience a significant decline as compared to the results of the same period last year.
