Setting off from Moscow, 400 passengers traveled towards Beijing on Russia's new tourist route. Tourists from 20 countries and regions will spend two weeks traveling through major cities along the Trans-Siberian rail. A good portion of the journey will include sights in Mongolia.
The passengers will be served in seven languages before they arrive in Beijing on August 29. One tourist from Italy claimed he spent EUR 5,000 on his trip
“I expected to travel along the Trans-Siberian railway and see the scenery of different cities,” said traveler Franco Orsoni. “I will also spend several days in Beijing and see the city sights.”
The tour includes opportunities to see communities at a leisurely place. Travelers will stop in several cities circumnavigating Baikal Lake and spend a night in a Mongolian ger.
The carriages include accommodations such as showers, a cafeteria, a bar, and two restaurants. |
