Mongolian Properties Development is planning to construct a new 24-floor office building for Ulaanbaatar.  Construction is expected to complete in 2014. The building will be located along Chinggis Avenue and called the International Finance Center.

The building will feature a comprehensive transportation network and a design friendly to the environment and able to stand up against earthquakes. It will also include indoor leisure and catering facilities, serviced conference facilities, a ventilation system for comfort, parking space for 140 cars, and eight elevators.

Floors will measure approximately 1,200 square-meters each, and offices will range between 86 and 140 square-meters. Units may be merged upon tenants' request.
