Mongolia Energy Corporation expected to record a profit for the six months ended 30 September compared to a loss for the corresponding period in 2010.
The company attributes its expected turnaround for profit to the accounting treatment on the convertible notes issued by Mongolia Energy. The firm plans to release its interim results announcement by the end of this month.
