ING Groep NV has appointed a head of corporate and investment banking for Mongolia, possibly the first major bank to create such a post dedicated to Mongolia. Mr. Howard Lambert, head of Asia structured credit trading in Singapore, will be moving to Ulaanbaatar and will work closely with Mr. Sergelen Tsedendamba, ING's chief representative there.
