Mr. D. Lundeejantsan, head of the MPRP group of Members of Parliament, has told journalists that the group has unanimously decided to support a proposal to build a broad-gauge railway. It will run east to west and link Tavan Tolgoi with Choibalsan via Sainshand. Since these MPs have a majority in Parliament, their decision clearly indicates the contours of the railway policy almost certain to be adopted.
