Mongolia Energy Corporation (MEC) has announced the appointment of Mr. Dennis Carl Price as Chief Operating Officer - Mongolia, effective May 14.  Mr. Price will join hands with MEC's management team to further develop the Group's mining operations in Mongolia. .

Mr. Price has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry worldwide, including Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Columbia, Georgia, Germany, Indonesia, Turkey and the United States. He has extensive operating and engineering experience in exploration and mining of coal, gold and various other minerals.
