BCM with the assistance of BCM's Tax Working Group collaborated with the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) and the Mongolian Employers Federation (MONEF) in issuing a letter on December 4, 2007 to Parliament and key Parliamentary officials regarding proposed amendments to the Social Insurance Law. BCM's proposed amendment is for the purpose of enabling businesses in Mongolia to attract qualified employees by capping the employer's contribution to the Social Insurance fund similarly to the existing cap on employee's contributions.
