Naran Mandal believes that gold mining, like business and life in general, is not a zero-sum game. We believe our investors, management, employees, government representatives, and local communities all can, should, and do benefit from exploring gold deposits and bringing them into profitable, sustainable production. 

Naran Mandal owns and operates an underground gold mine in Bayankhongor as well as several exploration licenses across the country of Mongolia. The company currently employs more than 600 individuals full time and aims to expand via exploration and acquisitions in coming years.
